Job Summary
A gaming entertainment company is filling a position for a Telecommute Principal Data Scientist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Architect, build and tune machine learning solutions
- Partner with studios to solve business-critical question
- Manage a small team of Data Scientists
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience working as a data scientist developing Machine Learning based products
- Fluent in Python and SQL (preferably Vertica SQL)
- 2-3 years in a Leadership position (managing data personnel and strategy)
- BS/MS in a quantitative field such as math, physics, economics, or computer science
- Strong software engineering skills
- Strong background in probability, statistics, and machine learning
