Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Principal DevOps Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Performing application troubleshooting and capacity management
  • Coordinating OS patching and application upgrades
  • Performing tasks related to securing and keeping products, tools, and processes secure

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum of seven years of professional experience in systems engineering, software development or software operations
  • Experience with Configuration Management, Programming, Agile (Scrum / Kanban), and Monitoring (Nagios, Prometheus)
  • Windows Server & Linux experience
  • Experience with load balancing (F5), DevOps
  • Minimum secret security clearance
