Job Summary
A consulting company is filling a position for a Principal Human Resources Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Clearly articulating the value proposition and business value to customers globally
- Increasing brand perceptions and transparency between employees and HR
- Providing perspective on website content for HR, blogs and other marketing initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to attend and participate in trade shows and/or conferences
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR consulting or professional services capacity
- Experience defining requirements for the implementation of Enterprise HRIS platforms
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- High quality written, verbal and presentation skills
