A business solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Principal Implementation Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing process, data and object modeling in a variety of application and database environments
- Providing senior-level technical configuration and, in some cases, programming
- Developing costing proposals for projects, perform risk analysis, and manage change control
Position Requirements Include:
- 15+ years of professional experience
- BS/BA in technical or business field or equivalent work experience required
- Experience in the KPIs and best practices of call centers and their operations
- Experience in commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker
- Deeply technical expertise around software engineering, programming languages, integration, and/or databases
