Job Summary

A computer software company is seeking a Telecommute Principal IT Business Systems Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead acquisition integration efforts to migrate data, systems, and business processes
• Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed IT systems
• Create use-case models, requirements specifications, and interface diagrams to provide direction to system programmers

Required Skills:

• BA / BS, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 6-10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• 4-5 years of experience implementing sales, customer care, order processing, and / or billing systems
• Experience with customer data management in CRM systems
• Experience with Financial applications and general knowledge of accounting processes
