Job Summary
A cloud-based computing software firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Principal Java Software Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with Product Management and Development team members on technical design and problem solving
- Mentoring and guiding engineers at all levels
- Defining, evangelizing and mentoring on best practices and coding standards
Qualifications for this position include:
- 12+ years of software development experience
- Extensive experience developing enterprise SaaS cloud applications
- Experience with current open source tools and technologies
- Proven track record of building high volume products at scale
- Extensive experience reviewing code written by engineers of all levels
- Ability to define, evangelize and mentor on best practices and coding standards
