A real estate investment marketplace is seeking a Telecommute Principal Leadership Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning the planning and execution of recruiting strategies
  • Crafting and executing effective recruiting strategies
  • Working closely with your HR partners including the Compensation team

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 12+ years of recruiting experience with several years hiring at the Vice President and C-Level roles
  • Deep understanding of leadership compensation, strategy and industry benchmarks
  • Skilled ability to easily communicate complex ideas/issues
  • Ability to get people excited about the opportunities and potential each role bring
  • Possess skills in closing the right candidates
