Job Summary
A multinational internet retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Principal Outbound Project Management Team Cloud Manager.
Must be able to:
- Define metrics, objectives and goals for service adoption and success
- Develop outreach plans to establish relationship and trusted advisor status with key users within our customers
- Analyze customer behavior to identify best practice usage patterns to share with all customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years product management, product marketing, or equivalent go-to-market experience in a technology context
- 5+ years’ experience in crafting technical product positioning, messaging, content, and programs
- Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts
- Ability to engage with industry analysts such as Gartner to influence criteria and ratings
- Ability to develop outreach plans to establish relationship and trusted advisor status with key users within our customers
