• Develop strategies on constructing, validating, and administering self-report outcome measures
• Plan and execute psychometric analyses to validate CROM used in behavioral, epidemiological and clinical research

Required Skills:

• Advanced knowledge and experience in applying psychometric analysis methods
• Strong skills using general statistical software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to confidently communicate with and effectively present information internally and externally
