Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Principal Support Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working with our customers during implementation
  • Troubleshooting and researching customer issues
  • Advising engineering on the features and functionality of the software

Required Skills:

  • 6 years customer-facing experience working with users and developers
  • 5 years experience managing and troubleshooting Linux systems and networks
  • Strong Unix and Linux administration skills
  • Strong programming experience in one of the following: Java/C/Go
  • Some experience in riding Python
  • Experience troubleshooting distributed high performance systems
