Job Summary

A custom manufacturer is in need of a Telecommute Principal Team Lead Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional product team
  • Build web applications and integrations to help customers and employees design and manufacture frames
  • Expand and maintain our eCommerce platform, especially through rich front-end user interactions

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years overall professional experience in a collaborative team setting
  • Leadership implementing and maintaining customer facing brand-oriented eCommerce technology
  • Experience leading an agile team, supervising developers and helping them grow through direct mentorship and management
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Spree, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce
  • Advanced knowledge of front-end Javascript technologies
  • Experience architecting Ruby/Rails projects
