Job Summary

A computer software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Principal Technical Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing and educating customers on new features and releases
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with customer partners and executive sponsors
  • Serving as the primary point of contact post implementation

Qualifications Include:

  • Available to travel up to 35%
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and state of the art infrastructures
  • 8+ years of customer success and SaaS organization experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Required or Equivalent Experience
  • 10+ years of consulting and implementation practices on a broad range of IT systems
  • Expert knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security, cloud architecture
