Job Summary
A managed healthcare and insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Prior Authorization Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Actively participating in team meetings focused on communication, feedback, problem solving, process improvement, staff training, and evaluation
- Providing clinical and strategic input when participating in organizational committees, projects, and task forces
- Identifying and resolving problems and collaborates in process improvements that may be outside own team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Certified as a CDME and/or an ATP
- Board Certification / Credentialing will be maintained for the length of employment
- 10+ years of hands-on clinical practice experience
