Job Summary
A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is seeking a Telecommute Prior Authorization Inbound and Outbound Queue Associate.
Must be able to:
- Take inbound calls from providers in a call center environment
- Data entry fax request received from an inbound fax queue
- Assist callers from health care providers to create and manage requests for medical services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1 year of call center experience required
- Effective communication, telephonic and organization skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Computer literacy and demonstrated proficiency
