Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Prior Authorization Nurse in San Antonio.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing telephonic review of prior authorization requests
  • Processing prior authorization requests for Durable Medical Equipment and Supplies
  • Educating providers on utilization and medical management processes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must have RN License for the State of Texas
  • Experience with DME and medical supplies preferred
  • Able to work Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm or 7am - 4pm
