A marketing company has an open position for a Telecommute Priority Accounts Client Retention Specialist in Scottsdale.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Meeting with teams across the org to propose customer retention solutions
- Diffusing and responding to client escalations
- Serving as first point-of-contact for priority accounts requiring support
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1-2+ years experience in a customer support/customer service role, preferably in SaaS
- Bachelor's degree along with experience using a ticketing system and/or triaging experience is a plus
- Ability to consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators
