Telecommute Privacy Attorney Legal Director

Job Summary

An analytics and market research company has a current position open for a Telecommute Privacy Attorney Legal Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with customers
• Supporting the development and delivery of privacy training materials
• Advising on potential liability and other legal aspects related to data privacy and data security incidents

Qualifications for this position include:

• Juris Doctorate degree (or equivalent) from an ABA accredited law school Licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one State
• 6+ years’ experience prior inhouse counsel and privacy experience
• Experience negotiating and drafting a variety of agreements
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver in a demanding and entrepreneurial environment in a timely manner
