Job Summary
An analytics and market research company has a current position open for a Telecommute Privacy Attorney Legal Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with customers
- Supporting the development and delivery of privacy training materials
- Advising on potential liability and other legal aspects related to data privacy and data security incidents
Qualifications for this position include:
- Juris Doctorate degree (or equivalent) from an ABA accredited law school Licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one State
- 6+ years’ experience prior inhouse counsel and privacy experience
- Experience negotiating and drafting a variety of agreements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver in a demanding and entrepreneurial environment in a timely manner
