Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Privacy Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting privacy reviews of new products, tools, and initiatives
  • Refining and scaling all aspects of our privacy program and processes involving cross-functional teams
  • Drafting and reviewing product integration documentation, notices, policies, and compliance-related documentation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Familiarity with legal issues impacting the digital advertising industry
  • Minimum 5 years of combined privacy law experience, at a top law firm and in-house at a tech company
  • Product counseling background
  • Experience with PIAs / DPIAs and risk assessments
  • Experience with drafting and negotiating data processing agreements
  • Strong analytical capability, organizational skills
