Job Summary
We're running an Online Hiring Tournament on July 28th to hire Private Equity Business Development Associates.
This event will include all testing for the role. Upon grading the deliverables from the event, we will set up qualified candidates with an interview with the hiring manager. This is a 100% remote, full-time role.

Candidate Requirements:
5+ years managing capital requirements such as steady and predictable cash flow
5+ years experience in assets and debts such as; accounts receivable, inventory, and PP&E
5+ years in sustainable methodologies for cutting costs without materially affecting operations, while also generating cash flow.
5+ years of experience in establishing and leading growth initiatives to procure high-margin exits
5+ years of acquiring a diversified customer base to more efficiently allocate and or divert risk.
5+ years in developing and executing a clear exit strategy in line with company expectations.
A true understanding of Debt Ratios and Metrics associated with those rations
Have extensive experience in understanding the debt/equity ratios and costs associated with those ratios.
Foundational and practical knowledge in Cash for Cash returns, IRR, multiples, depreciation, downing debt.
Comfortable with full financial analysis that affects the EBITDA/Net EBITDA and magnifies returns.
Working knowledge of all terminology as it relates to high-level financials.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in portfolio management, financial management, finance, or economics. MBA additionally preferred.
