Job Summary
A mining company is seeking a Telecommute Process Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maximizing production and the recovery of systems and adjusting the process as needed
- Working with new and existing plants on nearly all continuous improvement and capital projects
- Overseeing the commission of new equipment and systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be able to travel 50% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree, 10+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
- Experience in mineral process engineering and knowledge of mineral processing unit operations
- Must demonstrate a knowledge of cost-benefit analysis
- Ability to work well in a team-based environment, as well as alone
- Ability to identify a problem and act to solve it without guidance
