A financial services and insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Process Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and facilitating cross-functional, collaborative teams
- Optimizing overall efficiency and effectiveness of the process
- Determining the best methodology to resolve defect or issue
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's in related field or 4 extra years related experience beyond minimum required
- 4 years of process improvement and/or directly related business experience.
- Demonstrated use of statistics, LEAN, Six Sigma, and industry tools
- Ability to analyze processes to identify areas of improvement
- Ability to provide appropriate analytics to facilitate business effort prioritization
