Job Summary

A research and science company is in need of a Telecommute Process Excellence Management Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Defining the process evaluation and improvement cycle and model
  • Managing talent development of staff
  • Monitoring through process excellence metrics, the performance of the assigned standards and processes

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • May require up to 30% domestic and international travel
  • Project management experience is required
  • Experience in more than one of the following: Consumer Products, Medical Devices and Diagnostics, Biotech, or Pharmaceuticals is required
  • Bachelors' degree is required
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of business experience in a regulated environment is required
  • Minimum 5 years in managing many aspects of Quality Management Systems in an international, global context, in a regulated healthcare environment is required
