Job Summary
A real estate solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Procurement Manager.
Must be able to:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents
- Include contract review, preparation and mediation, contract administration and adherence to company policies
- Handle the supplier performance management and development program
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of two years of related experience or training
- Minimum five years experience in procurement of real estate or facility management services and supplies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite
