Job Summary

A real estate solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Procurement Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents
  • Include contract review, preparation and mediation, contract administration and adherence to company policies
  • Handle the supplier performance management and development program

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of two years of related experience or training
  • Minimum five years experience in procurement of real estate or facility management services and supplies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite
