A leading financial institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Producing Sales Manager.
Must be able to:
- Interview new and existing customers to determine their loan needs
- Advise customers on appropriate products, terms, and pricing
- Recruit, develop and manage quality sales team
Position Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of residential mortgage sales experience
- Minimum 5 years mortgage management experience
- Proven record of recruiting success
- $10MM in annual closed loan volume
- Excellent sales presentation and marketing skills
- Excellent written, organizational and communication skills
