Job Summary

An IT service and support company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Product Account Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of accounts, hold a 90%+ retention rate, and identify revenue expansion opportunities
  • Track customer interaction within CRM tool
  • Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A software background per SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
  • Contract negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Customer relationship management
  • Capability to recognize and maximize expansion opportunities
  • Experience of accurate forecasting and a good knowledge of their customer base
