Job Summary
An IT service and support company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Product Account Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage a book of accounts, hold a 90%+ retention rate, and identify revenue expansion opportunities
- Track customer interaction within CRM tool
- Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A software background per SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
- Contract negotiation and conflict resolution
- Customer relationship management
- Capability to recognize and maximize expansion opportunities
- Experience of accurate forecasting and a good knowledge of their customer base
