Job Summary
A company that provides revenue optimization solutions to retailers is in need of a Telecommute Product and Community Manager.
Must be able to:
- Boost online membership, retention, and ensure a vibrant level of member activity and participation
- Assist with creation and conception of community strategy, planning, testing and rolling out future products or offerings
- Engage with the community to respond to members’ posts and questions, foster a positive community environment and add value to the members’ experience
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years project coordination/management experience
- Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and documentation, strong knowledge of web usability and online marketing principles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and goals
- Ability to prioritize with little supervision
- Experience and proficiency with programs like Wordpress, Infusionsoft, Trello, Drop Box, Autoresponders, ClickFunnels, Excel, Google Drive and other related online marketing tools
- Ability to problem solve technical issues for members by troubleshooting and investigating the problem
