Job Summary
A cloud hosting and deployment service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Product and Infrastructure Security Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Defining and delivering our security capability roadmap that reduces risk
- Innovating security capability, organizational design, and process that allow us to achieve our security goals
- Building security awareness and provide guidance on security architecture to technical and non-technical teams
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience leading cross-functional security teams
- Ability to set multi-year direction and vision, and achieve milestones
- Excellent communication skills for distilling complex security topics for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members
- Ability to promote a friendly, trust-based, and collaborative security organization culture
