Job Summary

An software company is in need of a Telecommute Product Customer Support Specialist in Nashville.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Resolving inquiries via phone, live chat, and email by delivering exceptional customer support per quality guidelines and core values
  • Adhering to and exceed set KPI targets and complete tasks in a timely and effective manner
  • Handling support ticket escalation and customer reported issues internally and triage them to the correct team

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a technical support and customer facing role
  • Excel at working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment as the business grows and evolve
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to convey complex technical information in user-friendly ways
  • Ability to quickly develop an understanding of customers’ objectives via effective listening, questioning skills, and give a customized solution
  • Ability to learn and work with new technology platform, and a desire to become a product expert
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
