An information technology services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Product Design Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Establishing a shared vision and strategy for your zone
• Helping guide, improve, and implement design and feedback processes
• Holding a weekly design meeting to help the design team execute

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Travel for 2 annual company retreats
• You are an experienced design leader
• You have at least two years of experience managing a team
• Seven years of experience in Product Design
• You’ve worked with your teams to define success metrics
