Job Summary

A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Product Development Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build systems and processes to develop a systematic approach to how products are developed
• Create a diversity philosophy footprint and technical road map
• Define, guide, and implement innovation programs

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of product management, product marketing, or strategic management consulting experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience required
• Experience developing or managing user experience architecture, design, or similar role
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Demonstrated leadership in developing documented processes
