Job Summary
A pet food company is in need of a Telecommute Product Development Release Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating cross-squad dependencies and feature rollouts to ensure smooth handoffs and flawless deployments
- Managing risks and resolving issues that impact the scope, schedule and quality of the release
- Identifying and removing impediments, protecting the team from outside disruptions, and improving on-call support processes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years Release Manager / Scrum Master experience leading delivery
- Prior experience using Confluence for documentation and JIRA for reporting and issue tracking
- Experience in subscription eCommerce, or led software delivery within a business producing a physical product
- Understanding of what it takes to ship software iteratively with multiple engineering, design, and product teams
