Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Product Engineering Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading a team of onshore and offshore engineers
  • Ensuring proper prioritization of needs to support the business
  • Architecting and maintaining multi-site, high-availability, production solutions

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time, including occasional international travel
  • 5+ years experience in technical leadership
  • 5+ years personnel management experience
  • xtensive experience with AWS and Linux
  • Experience managing complex projects within an Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Hands-on experience as an Operations Engineer or System Administrator supporting a large SaaS platform
