Job Summary
An IT outsourcing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Product Management Vertical Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing the sourcing, screening, and matching processes for finding, screening, and engaging product managers
- Identifying and implementing the overall strategy in the product management vertical
- Collaborating with many teams across the organization as the go-to domain expert
Position Requirements Include:
- Possess a deep understanding of current best B2B and B2C product management practices
- Proven history of success in building teams, managing remote team members, and directing engineering teams
- You must have a good understanding of the freelance marketplace
- You must be a proactive self-starter who is naturally driven to exceed goals
- You must have product management experience working with remote and distributed SMB
- All other requirements necessary for this position
