Job Summary
A cloud computing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Product Security Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Researching new threats, attack vectors and risks
- Facilitating removal or remediation of vulnerabilities in collaboration with our broader engineering and operations teams
- Performing penetration tests and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Infrastructure and application level penetration testing experience
- BS/MS degree, or relevant work experience
- Expert knowledge in computer and network security
- Extensive knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 and CWE Top 25
- Experience in software development, Java, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby, or other relevant languages
