Job Summary

A business services company specializing in customer relationship management is in need of a Telecommute Product Support Customer Service Representative in Hialeah.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Offering customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service
  • Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
  • Customer service experience a plus
  • Experience with phone-related customer service a major plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
  • Ability to literally serve as  the voice of the brand and build a strong relationship with clients and customers
  • Ability to calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
