Job Summary
A business services company specializing in customer relationship management is in need of a Telecommute Product Support Customer Service Representative in Hialeah.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Offering customer support through phone, email, online chat or social media to customers who have questions, concerns or confusion around a particular product or service
- Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
Qualifications Include:
- High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- Customer service experience a plus
- Experience with phone-related customer service a major plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
- Ability to literally serve as the voice of the brand and build a strong relationship with clients and customers
- Ability to calmly attempts to resolve and de-escalate any issues
