Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommute Product Support Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Provide expert product and service support
  • Document new fixes for use by L1 and L2 personnel
  • Deliver high-quality trainings or playbooks

Qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 5+ years providing technical support and software engineering
  • Software architect-level technical acumen in modern software languages
  • Experience with Java or .Net
  • Experience with Windows or Unix/Linux Server
  • Working knowledge of Database MS SQL / MySQL / Oracle / PostGreSQL
