A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Product Support Engineer in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build a positive customer experience
- Provide on-call support 24x7 on an as needed basis
- Work to reproduce customer issues and qualify critical issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Hands-on 5+ years related experience working in a support organization
- Strong technical skills
- Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Python or other scripting languages
- Familiarity with HSM and KMS in the cloud
- Understanding of HSM and various crypto interfaces
