Job Summary

A cybersecurity company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Product Support Engineer in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build a positive customer experience
  • Provide on-call support 24x7 on an as needed basis
  • Work to reproduce customer issues and qualify critical issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Hands-on 5+ years related experience working in a support organization
  • Strong technical skills
  • Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Python or other scripting languages
  • Familiarity with HSM and KMS in the cloud
  • Understanding of HSM and various crypto interfaces
