Job Summary

A podcast analytics and hosting provider is in need of a Telecommute Product Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Take ownership of routine problems with intuitive problem-solving skills
  • Assist with answering all incoming inquiries in 60 minutes or less
  • Regularly interact with company customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • An experimental mindset, driven to learn new things
  • A great explainer and wordsmither
  • Have a sense of urgency to complete work efficiently and accurately
  • General knowledge about podcasts, and a willingness to become an expert our customers can rely on
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with web apps
