Job Summary
A podcast analytics and hosting provider is in need of a Telecommute Product Support Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Take ownership of routine problems with intuitive problem-solving skills
- Assist with answering all incoming inquiries in 60 minutes or less
- Regularly interact with company customers

- A great explainer and wordsmither
- Have a sense of urgency to complete work efficiently and accurately
- General knowledge about podcasts, and a willingness to become an expert our customers can rely on
