A medical devices company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Product Training Engineer Physicist 2.

Must be able to:

  • Work with customer to ensure that all the required prerequisites are met
  • Provide feedback to field service documents
  • Document promptly all the activities related to each field service task in CRM

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Attend conferences and trade shows as needed
  • Able to use remotely customer support tools such as GoToAssist or GoToMeeting
  • BA, BS in Physics or Engineering required
  • Proven ability to interface directly with internal and external customers
