A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Production Application Support Analyst in Brooklyn.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to end user support requests
- Provisioning new users in supported applications and maintain existing users' access
- Creating, managing, and supporting administrative functions associated with the identified applications
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Must have Customer Service driven mindset with strong relationship building skills
- 1+ years of application end user support experience or 3+ years non-customer facing customer service experience
- Ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to new procedures
