Job Summary
A direct mail production management company is in need of a Telecommute Production Solutions Account Manager in Vienna.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Producing client satisfaction and retention using responsiveness and ease of process
- Managing production efforts
- Following core compliance SOP’s and QC procedures
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in the direct mail industry including printing/mailing industry terminology
- Experience providing production management and customer service to multiple clients
- Record of working independently and efficiently on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Strong customer service skills
- Available when necessary to work outside of normal business hours
- Proficient use of a database system
