Job Summary
An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Professional Development Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading a small team of the Professional Development Specialists in a region
- Collaborating to improve the new client onboarding process and materials
- Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 40%, possibly more during July – November
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years of experience working in K-12 classrooms
- 2+ years' experience working in educational professional development environment
- Demonstrated success working with clients to reach their desired goals
- Ability to analyze and comprehend requirements and explain complex concepts in layman's language
