Job Summary
A company in the education industry is filling a position for a Telecommute Professional Educational Development Services Program Assistant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, customer communication and events in Salesforce
- Conducting post-event follow up, such as feedback collection and accounting tasks
- Recommending professional development and implementation plans for school and districts
Qualifications Include:
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Event management/logistics experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales related work
- Competence with technology including MS Office suite, willingness to learn additional software including Salesforce
