Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Professional Employer Organization Sales Director in Miramar.
Must be able to:
- Develop retention and growth strategies for assigned PEO Partners
- Manage the vetting, underwriting, and on-boarding of new PEO partnerships
- Identify and pursue local PEO opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- Willingness to travel
- Bachelor's Degree or 8 years relevant sales experience
- 8 years people management experience
- 8 years working with brokers/consultants
- 8 years experience meeting sales goals/targets and have a Sales Insurance License maintained by law
- 8 years experience using data analysis to drive change
- 5 years experience with Alternative Funding arrangements, including ASO and MMP
- 3 years proficiency in Microsoft suite to include, word, excel, PowerPoint
