Job Summary
An IT business services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Professional Fee Coding Surgical Quality Assurance Auditor.
Must be able to:
- Review medical records and codes assigned by the coder, then provide feedback and corrections as needed
- Meet productivity and accuracy expectations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P credential from AHIMA
- CPC, COC or CIC from AAPC
- 2+ years of recent coding experience
- Ability to work from home using high-speed wired Cable, DSL, or Satellite internet
- Professional Fee Surgical with E&M Top coding skills in specialty area & Coding test will be administered to demonstrate proficiency
