Job Summary

A recruiting technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Professional Services Integrations Consultant in Boston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a Professional Services expert on integrations, configuring integrations and consulting with customers
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for enhancing integrations and customer experience, and implement solutions
  • Supporting the development of new integration solutions including partnership with 3rd party system integrators

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • 5-8 years of hands on experience implementing Taleo, Kenexa, SuccessFactors, and other ATS programs
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Professional Services leading Enterprise level projects
  • Ability to conduct detailed troubleshooting involving code, error messages, and across multiple systems
  • Global project management/change management experience
  • B.S. or B.A. and/or equivalent experience working in HR and Recruiting
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
