A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Professional Services Program Director on the West Coast.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Executing project delivery for multi-million dollar, strategic client projects
- Demonstrating thought leadership in value-based client solutions, program management, and resource optimization
- Building exceptional client rapport and maximize CSAT
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of project management experience delivering technology services or business consulting services
- Oversight of multiple million-dollar engagements
- Experience delivering professional services for a product company
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with technical team members and clients
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate meetings where you will articulate complex concepts
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
