Job Summary

A leader in virtualization and cloud infrastructure solutions is seeking a Telecommute Professional Services Program Innovator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading projects and programs to create, improve and evolve service offerings, tools and methodology
  • Coordinating with partner organizations to align services
  • Innovating new ways to drive adoption and measure impact

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including internationally
  • Ten years’ experience including customer-facing roles within a professional services firm
  • Experience in growing a customer success service goaled with increasing consumption and expanding footprint
  • Experience implementing global process and systems, large service, and organization re-engineering
  • Experience designing new services and prescribing the enablement and tools
  • Consistent track record of planning and leading large, multi-person, multi-line of business programs
