A web-based analytics platform has an open position for a Telecommute Professional Services Program Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Program managing all deployment activity
- Standardizing customer implementation process
- Standardizing documentation used to manage projects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Management of both internal and external (customer-facing) programs with defined ROI objectives
- Defining internal processes from the ground up
- Ongoing process improvement
- Enterprise software
- Previous analytical roles requiring mathematics, requirements analysis and/or data analysis skills
- Interacting with a software engineering team
