A cloud-based contact center solutions company is seeking a Telecommute Professional Services Solution Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Administering back-end systems
  • Monitoring PS production environments
  • Administering, deploying, and supporting software and customizations

Qualifications Include:

  • Occasional travel may be required
  • 2 or more years experience with Linux/Unix, RedHat/CentOS related system deployment, etc.
  • 2 or more years of development experience with HTML, JavaScript, PHP, Python, PERL etc.
  • Proficient with SQL database systems
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and transport protocols
